Dosage - Chlorella

Before taking Chlorella, it may be helpful to start with a liver cleanse with such products as milk thistle, artichoke, boldo. If in doubt, Spirulina would also be an excellent choice to gently start detoxification.

Chlorella is especially recommended for people suffering from chronic problems or conditions such as constipation, allergies, candida albicans, canker sores or inflammatory diseases. Chlorella is also very popular with those who have problems sleeping or depressed.

It is recommended to start with a small dosage and increase very gradually to avoid nausea and diarrhea.

Recommended dosage

Adults : take 1-2 tbsp. 1-2 times a day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products. Mix with organic fruit or apple juice, in your smoothie or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Drink a lot of water. Store in a dark, dry and cool place.

For a goal of health prevention, nutritionists recommend to take 3 to 5 g per day. For optimized effects, it is recommended to consume it for at least 3 months. Chlorella and Spirulina can be consumed alternately or alone, according to its own needs.
